Introduction to Engineering Project

Introduction to Engineering Project stands for two design-implement courses (IEP I and IEP II) that occur at the Military Institute of Engineering, from Brazilian Army, in Rio de Janeiro – Brazil. You are very welcome to visit our website and download our material to learn about the course details, the rationale behind the course construction and understand its importance for the engineering undergraduate programs.

This website contains the work plans of both courses, explaining the course concept, a detailed schedule (what happened in 2018) and the references. The PBL workbook (i.e. the problems used during the PBL sessions) and the description of the popsicle-stick bridges competition so that anyone could reproduce this competition with the same pedagogical purposes.
